Essen und Trinken

If I were to live in Germany I would definitely change my eating habits. I would eat their cuisine which would start out with a breakfast that consists of bread and different meats. This is unusual to me because, other than bacon and sausage, I don't usually eat meat and cheese in the morning. Their breakfast is a lot lighter than what I might be used to. Also, since lunch is their main meal, I would have to get used to that. I think all in all, I would eat less at different meals but about the same at lunch. Another thing that they do differently would be their supermarkets. They have some limits on the variety they carry. However, with breads and meats they have a wider variety.

If I were to live in Germany, I would probably eat out less. Since the meal courses take longer, I would not be used to that. I'm used to how the U.S. restaurants are where you hurry to eat. The full course meals over a couple hours would drive me nuts. Not doing some of these things may save me money or I would get a better workout from having to go to the store more frequently.

  1. I agree that I would probably eat out less if I lived in Germany. It would take to long to get places and to actually get our food.
