Germans for the most part eat three meals a day just like us. They tend to eat more organic food including many varieties of meats and cheese. How they go about oobtaining that food is much different. The most common way to get groceries is through the local supermarket. There is much less options when it comes to brands but there is usually a far greater selection of meats and cheese. Because their food is made fresh and without preservatives, Germans buy only what they need for a day or two.
My eating habits are defined by what is in the cupboard at the time. I would love to live in Germany because processed food creeps me out. I have developed the bad habit of eating out very frequently so living in Germany would be helpful to me. The daily trip to the grocery store could substitute for my trip to a restaurant. I would fit right in because I love trying new types of cheeses and pairing it with bread and meat. I would probably eat more but it is healthier food so it would not make a difference. I think the rest of my life would be more productive because when your body is healthy and feeling good you are able to get more done.
