The German healthcare system has two pars, the government mandated universal multipayer, and the private. The universal is payed for by all citizens and is covered in the taxes, and the private is similar to the American healthcare system. The Universal healthcare system is very good and should be implemented in America.
The American healthcare system is very broken, the people are left to the insurance companies who charge for insurance that is required by law, and if you need emergency care, you are left waiting until you can pay. The universal healthcare system is a good social policy and should be adopted by the American government.
